设计的内容有两部分:室外的景观,室内的大堂、走廊、电梯厅。设计的任务有两方面,前期是呈现给客户一个细腻、自然、品质出色的进入参观空间,后期则是呈现给客人一个舒适、温暖、安静的归家空间。难度在于,如何提供一个照明解决方案可以同时满足前后不同角色的需求?
虽有前后不同,但也都是基于人的需求满足,且这两部分人存在着较大的重叠,后期的客人大概率是来自于前期的客户的身份转变。因此,只需要分析这里可能的居住人群的属性并通过照明的处理予以照顾即可。项目所在地位置单价接近7万的居所,可以吸引到的人群有一些这样的共同特征:挑剔、细致、享受生活、关注艺术、向往自然。在灯光上要予以照顾的考虑就是减少单个照明的数量,制造更多的面光和连续性的光,多呈现间接照明,重点强调艺术品和陈设。
入口的景观是呈现给人们的第一印象,作为车库出入口围合的U型玻璃盒子成为照明的重点,在设计中这个被定义为“发光的灯笼”,希望可以成为人们归家的标志性方位确定。线性的光覆盖在玻璃表面,并从玻璃下端的缝隙溢散出来,同时解决了玻璃底部水景的照明。玻璃盒子和建筑之间随机种植的绿树被照亮,枝叶茂盛时候的自然感受会因此被强化。
进入室内空间,大堂内迎面的大型花环陈设被灯光重点强调,在地面铺洒许多细密的影子;连续的立面书柜中一排被照亮的书;简化的藻井结构内充满光线,这些内容既有一定仪式感可以满足前期客户对于品质的需求,也有聚合人气,让人感觉温暖从而符合客人对归家的期待。大堂一侧的开放式会议空间内,装饰感突出的吊灯,满墙被照亮的书籍,会议桌上被重点照亮的绿化陈设,是对于大堂品质感的进一步提升。
继续向内,在立面踢脚位置暗藏的线性光将各处空间联系起来,在这些空间中加强了对于分布各处的陈设和艺术品的重点照明,希望可以很快帮助客户或者客人找到家的感受。

There are two parts in the design: outdoor landscape, indoor lobby, corridor and elevator hall. There are two aspects of the design task, the first is to present a delicate, natural and excellent quality into the visiting space, and the last is to present a comfortable, warm and quiet home space. The difficulty lies in how to provide a lighting solution that can meet the needs of different roles at the same time?
Although there are differences before and after, they are also based on the needs of people to meet, and there is a large overlap between the two parts of people, and the rate of guests in the later stage is probably from the identity change of customers in the earlier stage. Therefore, it is only necessary to analyze the properties of the possible residents here and take care of them through lighting treatment. The location of the project is a residence with a unit price of nearly 70000, which can attract people with some common characteristics: picky, meticulous, enjoying life, focusing on art and yearning for nature. The consideration to be taken into consideration in lighting is to reduce the number of individual lighting, create more surface light and continuous light, present more indirect lighting, and focus on artwork and display.
The landscape of the entrance is the first impression presented to people. The U-shaped glass box enclosed as the entrance and exit of the garage becomes the focus of lighting. In the design, it is defined as the “luminous lantern”, hoping to become the landmark orientation for people to return home. Linear light covers the surface of the glass and overflows from the gap at the bottom of the glass. At the same time, it solves the illumination of the waterscape at the bottom of the glass. The green trees planted randomly between the glass box and the building are illuminated, so the natural feeling when the branches and leaves are luxuriant will be strengthened.
When entering the interior space, the large-scale garland furnishings in the lobby are highlighted by the light, and many fine shadows are sprinkled on the ground; a row of illuminated books are arranged in the continuous facade bookcase; the simplified caisson structure is full of light, which not only has a certain sense of ceremony to meet the quality needs of customers in the previous period, but also has a sense of gathering popularity, making people feel warm, so as to meet the needs of customers The expectation of returning home. In the open conference space on one side of the lobby, the chandeliers with outstanding decorative sense, the books with full walls being illuminated, and the green furnishings with key illumination on the conference table are the further improvement of the quality sense of the lobby.
Continue to inward, the linear light hidden in the elevation skirting position connects all spaces, and strengthens the key lighting for the display and art works distributed everywhere in these spaces, hoping to help customers or guests find the feeling of home soon.
